Quality work is never built by one person. It takes a team.Teams are built and crafted by leaders. Leaders are attentive to the process of team building which will multiply that leader’s legacy. We leaders may focus on the day- to- day but once in while it is important to zoom out to see the big picture and to reflect on what the leader will leave in the lives of their team members.In John Maxwell's Five Levels of Leadership, he refers to this last level as the pinnacle when the leader's impact is repeated through other leaders. It could be many years later.
